David Elsworth MTPI (MIRPM) Assoc RICS, Founder and Director of Worth Property Management, began his career in the care sector, managing properties and support for individuals with acquired brain injuries and learning difficulties. This experience highlighted the importance of health and safety and proactive maintenance, which became a cornerstone of his approach to property management.

David gained extensive experience at high street managing agents, advancing to a senior management position at one of the UK’s largest firms. A Member of the Property Institute and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he was also a finalist for London Property Manager of the Year in 2023. David’s career reflects his deep industry expertise and dedication to best practices in property management.

Motivated by the desire to assist leaseholders and freeholders who often felt disregarded and frustrated, David established Worth Property Management to provide a tailored and efficient management service that maintains harmony in residential properties.
